Need to buy, change or cancel your Digiseg subscription? This page contains instructions on how this is done.

Most of the interactions on this page takes places on the Account Subscriptions page, and require you to be an account owner to perform.

To buy or change a Digiseg subscription, you have to be account owner. See Managing members (users) for information about roles.

Buying a Digiseg subscription

As the account owner, go to the account’s Subscription page. If you are on the Free tier, the page will look like this:

Click the “Buy subscription” button, taking you to a plan-selection page.

Select the plan that you wish to purchase and continue to Stripe to finish the checkout.

After payment, your account will be immediately upgraded.

Upgrading / downgrading

When subscribed, the account’s Subscriptions page will show the current subscription type:

To change the subscription type, click the “Manage subscription in Stripe” button. This will take you to the billing portal (powered by Stripe):

From this page you can click the “Update plan” button and change subscription type as well as payment interval.

Cancelling

When subscribed, the account’s Subscriptions page will show the current subscription type:

Click the “Manage subscription in Stripe” button to go to the billing portal:
